Brittany was hired as the Association Development Advisor (ADA) in 2016. She was previously the Regional Communication Coordinator (RCC) for Northeastern Ontario and also worked as a Marketing and Public Outreach Coordinator for Northern Ontario Farm Innovation Alliance (NOFIA). As the ADA, Brittany works with local and regional associations to identify needs, coordinate skills training, recommend areas for potential improvements and aid in increasing key messaging for the association.
